Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products purchased as gifts.
  • Incorrect product selection made without professional consultation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by The Skin Health Clinic.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
